People & Lab

Lab

We aim to understand how brain blood flow is regulated, all while enjoying the beautiful Colorado outdoors. We particularly focus on how ion channels within the brain microcirculation regulate the vascular function with the goal of deepening our understanding of neurological disorders.

Team

Introduction the lab team:

We are a diverse and inclusive team of scientists, bringing together different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives to enrich our research. Our team values collaboration and open-mindedness, recognizing that diverse viewpoints drive innovation and discovery. By fostering an inclusive environment, we aim to create a space where everyone can grow and contribute to advancing science by making meaningful progress in understanding brain health.
